Return & Refund Policy
Last updated: April 30, 2025This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website https://bfcpuzzle.com (including all its pages and subdomains) and is provided in accordance with Cyprus and European Union consumer protection legislation.
1. Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by a clear written statement.

You may use the standard model withdrawal form (see Section 5 below), but it is not mandatory.
2. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
3. Returning goods
You shall send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
- Digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, once download or streaming has begun with your prior express consent.
